The Conservancy's "Volunteers for the Necklace" program is supported by a generous grant from the Cabot Family Charitable Trust. Our program organizes area residents and visitors to participate directly in clean-ups, landscape improvement and community plantings within the 1,000 acres of the historic Emerald Necklace park system. We offer a variety of opportunities for volunteers to come help us restore and maintain the parks:
Spring - Fall, Tuesday evenings from 5:30pm - 7:30pm.
Volunteers work in the Kelleher Rose Garden (Back Bay Fens) on on-going maintenance such as weeding, deadheading and pruning. Click here to sign up.
